Then the kid found me. My heart stopped and I wanted to pedal off into the woods but I don’t think I would make it in time. But I got on the black bike to take a short cut through the woods to make it to my house. I started pedaling so fast the chain on the bike almost broke. The kid went on his yellow bike to come chase after me. Then I ran over a tree root and did a back flip on the bike. I landed straight on my face, it hurt.
