Written by Caden for the 100 word challenge

After setting Jason aside, I took his sword and wedged it into the wall. I then did the same with mine, but I put it a foot higher. While I was doing this I thought, for some reason, about how me and my family always went canoeing, and how I was always dropping my oar. I also thought how angry my mom would be. Also, my teacher for missing school. She was old and wrinkledThat thought led to my spelling words. I only remembered three. Rule, mushroom, and wistful. Then I told Kaye to climb up my makeshift ladder.

  1. Caden,
The narrator of your piece seems to have a lot on their mind. Your use of the focus words was done in a creative way. Keep writing.
