Kristie walked into her Mom’s room and took a pair of earrings. Then suddenly dropped one, she tried to pick it up but, it wasn’t there. She had to get help. Kristie walked around the barn and looked in one of the chicken coops. “It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack!” Kristie complained. Kristie’s older brother, Jake, said “It has to be somewhere,” Kristie rolled her eyes, “But where did it go?” she shouted, Jake didn’t respond. Then, their mom walked in and said, “What are you doing?” “Is that my earring?” Kristie looked down and saw that the earring had gotten caught on her shirt. She picked up the earring and handed it to her Mom, instead of explaining, Kristie walked away exhausted.
